Ans: The courses offered has an eligibility of 8th, 10th and 12th, depends on which course you are applying

Q: What is the structure of Certificate, Diploma and Advance Diploma ?

Ans: 1. CERTIFICATE COURSE -3 MONTHS/ 6 MONTHS (Depends on the course) 2. DIPLOMA COURSE - 1 or 1.5 YEARS 3. ADVANCE DIPLOMA COURSE - 2 YEARS

Q: What is Credit System ?

Ans: Credit means Points awarded on successful completion of a course. One Credit is earned by way of Successful Completion of Examination. Credit is also Equivalent to certain Hours of classes.

Q: What is the Medium of Education?

Ans: Medium of Education is ENGLISH and HINDI but books and question paper will be in English only.

Q: What is the Pedagogical Method of OIVET?

Ans: ASSESSMENT- 20 MARKS.

Q: How much time will it take to get Approval for OIVET?

Ans: Maximum 15 to 20 working days after submission of Application form

Q: Is there any provision for Supplementary Exam?

Ans: No.

Q: In case any student fails in the examination, what will be the next step?

Ans: Student will get a chance to write in the next examination

Q: Is there any rebate of fees for SC/ST/Female Students?

Ans: At Present, No. We are in the Process of Getting Government Grant. After that, it is possible.

Q: Will the Answer papers Re-evaluation?

Ans: Yes.

: Whether the OIVET Certificates will be registered at the Employment Exchanges throughout INDIA?

Ans: Yes.

Q: Whether Transfer or Migration Certificate is required for admission in OIVET ?

Ans: No

Q: Whether any student can change the course once the registration procedure is completed?

Ans: Yes, within one month from the date of registration with Fine.

Q: What is the maximum and minimum strength of students in OIVET?

Ans: There is no such restriction.

Ans: No. But we provide recommended books list.

Ans: Yes.

Q: Are internal marks applicable to all courses?

Ans: Yes.

Q: Can we issue advertisement in the Media/Newspaper individually?

Ans: Yes. But The Advertisement must be approved by OIVET.

Ans: It is Free of Cost for Centres / Institutes.

Q: Is the Application Cost to be returned to OIVET?

Ans: No. you can keep.

Ans: Yes.

Q: What is the Evaluation system of OIVET?

Ans: The OIVET follows the following evaluation system:
1) Continuous evaluation through personal contact programme, assignment work, viva & group discussion and personality development programme.
2) Annual examination will be conducted by the OIVET at Authorized Training Institutes.
3) Evaluation of practical, wherever prescribed by Examiners appointed by OIVET.
4) Evaluation of professional project report, wherever prescribed will be submitted to OIVET’s Authorized Training Institutes.
5) Report on Internship & Industry Integrated- learning wherever prescribed will be submitted to OIVET’s Authorized Training Institutes.

Grading System

The final grading of the learner shall be determined on the basis of the marks obtained by the learner in examinations and continuous internal assessment, after substituting the marks obtained in re-appear papers, if any. The learner’s achievement shall be indicated on a six point scale, as given below:
